Surprise Yourself By Taking Chances

Have you ever had a conversation like this? You'll be trying to persuade someone to try something, and they're saying "No, I don't like it." You're asking them how many times they've actually done that thing and eventually they admit they've never done it, but still maintain that they know they don't want to do it. That's how many of us behave when it comes to food, and particularly healthy food.

The truth is, eating well means you'll have to get out of your box and expand your comfort zone. We might complain a little because we are afraid to try something other than what we are accustomed to.
Remember, the foods we've consumed for years were once new to us too, and the problem is one of being locked in our ways. You can get to know variety better if you try something different every once in a while..

There's no point trying to force yourself to develop a taste for something you don't like. But having said that, you won't know if you like something or not, unless you try it. This is particularly true with foreign cuisine. It can look different but it is consumed daily by millions of people, so it must be ok!. Why not try something new and different just once a week and see how much you enjoy it?
